The NZES mentoring scheme is kicking off for 2021. We’ve been running the mentoring scheme for a couple of years now, and the feedback has been very positive. The aim of the scheme is to connect members throughout the country and give everyone an opportunity to share their experiences.
We are now looking for mentors and mentees. Mentees can be students or early career ecologists (typically within 7 years of completing their highest qualification allowing for career gaps) and mentors can be anyone working in ecology. To apply to be a mentee or mentor please fill out this form by 30 April 2021.
